write out a character script of an old coloured woman who grew up an orphan, then finally someone adopted her, she disliked geography and typing and wanted to become a musician, ended up in the streets where she'd perform for some money, met a good man who wanted to help her get into a music school and eventually became married to that man whilst becoming famous in under 2 minutes

The character we will call her Nana Johnson, a vibrant old woman who had seen a lot in her life.

Nana Johnson: I was born into this world all alone, I had nobody to call a family, no one to love, just a young baby left on a street corner hoping someone would take me in. Eventually, I was adopted by an older couple, they tried their best to raise me well, but I always felt like I had something missing.

I remember clearly my school days, I never enjoyed sitting in class, Geography, in particular, was a bore, all those maps and names of countries, it made no sense to me. Typing was another subject I disliked, I struggled with it, especially since I was left-handed, back then, the machines were not easy to use for lefties.

But one thing I always loved was music, I would listen to the radio all night long, singing and humming along to my favorite songs. I knew that music was my calling, the only thing that would make sense in my life.

After I graduated, I tried to find a job, but no one would hire me, so I took to the streets, where I would sing for the passing crowds, hoping to make some money. Days turned into weeks, and weeks turned into months, and soon, I became a regular performer.

Then one day, as I sang my heart out, a gentleman approached me, he told me he was impressed with my voice and offered to help me get into a music school. I hesitated at first, not believing someone would want to help me pursue my dreams.

But he was persistent and kind, so I took the chance and joined the music school, where I learned everything I could about music theory and vocal techniques. It was hard work, but I was determined to succeed.

Two years later, I was on stage, performing in front of a large audience, my husband by my side, and all eyes were on us. I had made it, I was living my dream, and I was famous.

Looking back, it's hard to believe how much my life has changed, from an orphaned child, to a street performer, to a celebrated musician. But I wouldn't change a thing, all those struggles and hardships, made me who I am today, a strong and passionate woman who believes in herself and her dreams.
