Larger companies often need many workers who do different steps in the transportation process, instead of each member doing all steps in the process they do a single step before handing it to another worker to do the next step.
Imagine that you are the head of a large company that wants to retrieve raw materials. In three to five sentences, describe three different jobs your company may need and explain the purpose of those jobs.
1. A Procurement Manager: The Procurement Manager would be responsible for sourcing the raw materials needed for production, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that suppliers meet quality and delivery standards.
2. A Logistics Coordinator: The Logistics Coordinator would be responsible for planning and coordinating the transportation of the raw materials from the suppliers to the company's facilities. They would also be responsible for tracking the shipment and ensuring that it arrives on time and in good condition.
3. A Warehouse Manager: The Warehouse Manager would be responsible for receiving, storing, and managing inventory of the raw materials. They would ensure that the materials are properly stored, organized, and accounted for. The Warehouse Manager would also coordinate with the production team to ensure that the materials are available when needed.
