The heat from the Sun reaches Earth through the process of radiation. The Sun emits electromagnetic waves, including visible light, infrared radiation, and ultraviolet radiation. These waves travel through space and reach Earth, causing it to warm up. The atmosphere of Earth absorbs and reflects some of the solar radiation, but a significant portion reaches the surface, where it is absorbed and re-radiated as heat.
