Chinese Immigration to America
When Chinese immigrants in the 1800s moved to America, were most of them happier here than in China?
1 answer
Probably. Although their life was very hard here, it was also hard in China. Here, at least they had hope that their situations would get better -- and that their children would have an even better life.
