How does hydrochloric acid reacts with the solution of potassium tetraoxomanganate (vii) and give equation

When hydrochloric acid (HCl) reacts with the solution of potassium tetraoxomanganate (VII) (KMnO4), the following redox reaction occurs:

2 KMnO4 + 16 HCl -> 2 KCl + 2 MnCl2 + 5 Cl2 + 8 H2O

In this reaction, permanganate ions (MnO4-) from potassium tetraoxomanganate (VII) are reduced to Mn2+ ions, while chloride ions (Cl-) from hydrochloric acid are oxidized to chlorine gas (Cl2). Potassium ions (K+) and water (H2O) are also produced during the reaction.
