One issue with the Data Protection Act 2018 is that it does not provide enough protection for individuals' personal data. The Act does not require companies to take adequate measures to protect data, and does not provide enough guidance on how to do so. Additionally, the Act does not provide enough enforcement mechanisms to ensure that companies comply with the law.
