Think of a real life example when you have seen herd behavior in action. What do you think caused the people in your example to think or act as a group? Do you remember seeing anyone who chose to do something different from the rest of the group?

A real life example of herd behavior I have seen is when people are waiting in line for a popular event or attraction. People tend to follow the same path and do the same things as the people around them, such as forming a line or waiting in a certain area. I think this behavior is caused by a desire to fit in and not stand out from the crowd. I have seen people who choose to do something different from the rest of the group, such as cutting in line or going to a different area, but these people are usually met with disapproval from the rest of the group.
