Ariel, the Little Mermaid, finds a handsome prince in the sea and falls in love with him. She saves him from drowning and brings him to shore. The prince is unconscious and Ariel is unable to communicate with him. She is heartbroken and returns to the sea, leaving the prince behind. The Little Mermaid is left with a broken heart and a longing to be with the prince.
