What was Dadaism art?

Dadaism was an art movement that emerged in the early 20th century in response to the horrors of World War I. It was a nihilistic and anti-establishment movement that rejected traditional art forms and embraced chance and randomness. Dadaists used a variety of mediums, including painting, sculpture, collage, photography, performance art, and poetry, to express their ideas. The movement was characterized by its use of absurd and nonsensical imagery, as well as its rejection of logic and reason.
