To change the cover art on YouTube, you will need to go to the Video Manager section of your YouTube account. From there, you can select the video you want to change the cover art for and click the “Edit” button. On the next page, you will see an option to upload a new cover art image. Once you have uploaded the image, click “Save” and the new cover art will be applied to the video.
