how many grams of i2 must be dissolved in 225.0ml of cs2 to produce a 0.116m solution ?
2 answers
225 mL * 0.116 mol/L = 0.02655 moles of I2
so, how many grams is that?
You should note that m stands for molality and M stands for molarity. Oobleck has answered the question assuming you meant M. I assume that's what you meant also.
