How an aqueous solution of zinc tetraoxosulphate(iv) could be obtained from copper(ii)tetraoxosulphate(iv) solutions

I assume you are talking about ZnSO4 and CuSO4. The correct names are zinc(II) sulfate and copper(II) sulfate (or sulphate)

Place strips of Zn metal into the CuSO4 solution and the following reaction will occur. Zn + CuSO4 ==> ZnSO4 + Cu metal.
Filter and the Cu metal will be left on the filter and ZnSO4 will be in the solution.
