difference between consecutive multiples and alternative multiples

I THINK BOTH ARE SAME????
AM I RIGHT OR WRONG?

Don't know what the context of your question is, but

"consecutive" and "alternative" don't have the same meaning at all

e.g.
consecutive multiples of 5 might be
5, 10, 15, 20, ...
while alternative multiples of 5 might be
5, -10, 15, -20, ...

That would be my interpretation.

maybe "alternate" multiples would be 5,15,25,...

better check to see what your definition is. I'd'a thought you'd do that, rather than post such a general question.
