1. I don't know what you mean by "estimate the complexes".

3. If you will go to this url you can see the four structures. That will allow you to determine the primary and secondary valences. The site contains a lot of information you probably already know or don't need/want to know; however, if you will persist the four diagrams are there and they quite clearly show the coordination of NH3 and Cl.
