sulphuric acid is 15 percent H2so4 by weight start density equal to 1.10g mol. calculate molality and molarity

I think you mean density is 1.10 g/mL.

1.10 g/mL x 1000 mL x 0.15 x (1/98) = mols/L = M

1.10 g/mL x 1000 mL = 1100 g = mass solution.
1.10 g/mL x 1000 mL x 0.15 =165 g = mass H2SO4.
mols H2SO4 = 165/98 = 1.68
mass solvent = 1100 - 165 = 935 g
Check my arithmetic. Post your work if you get stuck.
molality = m = mols H2SO4/kg solvent = 1.68/0.935 = ? m
