It would actually be 4x10^-5 because that's closer to zero than 9x10^-6. Usually a good rule of thumb.
I think its 9x10^-6
9 x 10^-6 = 0.000009
4 x 10 ^-5 = 0.00004

4*10^-5 > 0.9*10^-5.
