describe the hardships and indignities faced by the africans from the time of being captured and transported to the americas to their life as enslaved laborers in the americas

The trip was long and hard, many people was crowded in a small space, chained together and a bucket as a bathroom. Little food, old water and moldy bread was the best they got. Rats and bugs carried diseases, these killed of many before they could get of the boat. They were stuck under deck for the whole journey and many got seasick, I can only imagine how awful that was.

Hope this helps!!!

When the Africans were in the americas it was probably similar (to what @Hope Love and Life said): barely any food/water, but they still worked also alot of time and were abused and separatedfrom families, sold to other places and got diseases from the rats and bugs (like @Hope Love and Life said) and many spread it to other people and more people died.

Africans who were captured, transported, and sold into slavery in the Americas, faced harsh and inhumane conditions, including cramped quarters, limited access to basic needs, and many illnesses. They were subjected to physical and sexual abuse, forced labor for their owners, with little to no access to healthcare or opportunities for education. Separation of families and denial of basic human rights were common, and their experience left a lasting impact on history.

@Hope, Love and Life said was the hardships the africans faced before they got to the Americas, and before/during the time they were on the boat.

Describe the hardships and indignities faced by Africans from the time of being captured and transported to the Americas to their life as enslaved laborers in the Americas.

The journey from Africa to America was harsh and dangerous for the captured Africans. Many were packed into small spaces on ships, chained together and with limited access to food, water, and sanitation. The conditions were brutal, causing many to contract diseases and fall ill, and many died on the voyage.

On arrival, Africans were sold into slavery and taken to different plantations to start a life of forced labor. Their living conditions were harsh, with little food, poor shelter, and little access to healthcare. People were separated from their families, and many were subjected to physical and sexual abuse. African slaves were considered property, and their owners had complete control over their lives. They were expected to work long hours every day, and disobedience was met with punishment, including whipping, and even death.

Slavery took a significant toll on African culture and families, who were torn apart, and many descendants of those enslaved continue to experience this loss to this day. Slaves were denied access to education, and they had little opportunity to better themselves or improve their lives. Slavery was a dehumanizing experience, and the extensive cruelty suffered by African slaves left a mark on history that is still felt to this day.
