How did the Magna Carta and the Bill of rights lead to a change in goverment.
They gave the citizens more rights and gave more people a voice in government and decision making. I imagine this isn't enough, but it might get you started. Hope this helps :)

King John probably did not agree with the Magna Carta -- after all, he was FORCED to put his seal on it (in the year 1215). The English Bill of Rights was not put into effect until 1689. Parliament created the Bill of Rights, and to have the document be put into effect they offered the throne to William of Orange and his wife Mary if they would accept it.
So, you could probably say the Magna Carta led to the creation of the Bill of Rights. I would double-check my info if I were you though, because I'm not real sure about this myself also lol
