you can use these numbers (1,3,5,7,9,11,13,15) you can also repeat this numbers.you will notice that only ias topper gourav agarwal can solve it. this question was asked in UPSC final exam held in december 2013 in india. pls answer it soon.

There is no way to add 3 odd numbers and get an even result.
