On the side of the cereal box is a list of the exact ingredients. There is also a serving size and number of calories, a list of the vitamins and minerals. I believe that is what your assignment is asking for.
Does your teacher want you to list the main points of the book as the cereal box shows the ingredients? In other words, perhaps your teacher wants you to very briefly tell about the main points of your book.
