So? What are you supposed to do with this rectangle? Find the perimeter? Find the area? Or??

Hello Ms. SUe I am new to PreAlgebra. I am not sure this is why I am trying to understand the step so I can do my homework. Can you explain because that is all the instruction say so I am not sure what to do with the I suppose so. Not sure that why I am confused.
