Can someone tell me what they think of my answer?

1. As industry spread, the British and German governments initiated reforms to improve workers’ lives. What motivated Bismarck to enact reforms in Germany? What kinds of reforms were enacted in Germany and Britain? Write a brief essay of one or two paragraphs. Be sure to use specific examples.

Otto von Bismarck promoted rapid industrialization and turned Germany into a military and economic powerhouse. He believed that the German industry would be most productive if the factories and businesses had happy workers that felt safe and secure in their jobs. Because of this, Bismarck made reforms in Germany and Britain for people’s financial needs. One of them was the “accident insurance” that provided money for workers injured in the workplace. Another one was the “old age pension” which gave money to people who were too old to work. Bismarck also gave benefits to the workers who became unemployed in the work business and rendered government funds to help the sick and infirm. Otto von Bismarck made reforms that helped many types of people in Germany and Britain during the 1800s.

You covered Bismarck and Germany. But Bismarck had no control over Britain. You need to address the reforms made in Britain.
