Stress

In a sentence or two, describe each of your own top three stressors.

1. Time. ~ I get a lot of homework and I try to use my time well to finish it all, but with distractions in the way it's not possible.

2. Health. ~ I am very conscious about my health, so when someone in my family or friends is sick, I try to stay away, but for me that's impossible as well, and when I get near them I start feeling all wierd and think that I may be catching their flu.

3. Relationships. ~ At times i am unable to control my emotions and end up causing an bad effect on my relations with others, but I am learning not to do that and stay calm.
