I really don't know the answer to this. I don't think it is true, but then again, I'm not sure. Why I don't think it is true is because scientists are still making discoveries; they are still learning about our space. Who knows, tomorrow they may make a discovery which'll change this statement forever.
Sara: There is no "right" answer to this. THe question is asking you to agree or disagree, and explain your thinking. There is not right answer because it is all opinion on events which have not happened yet. Personally, I agree with your thinking.

From the point of view of human civilization confined to Earth, it would seem that outer space is the last place to go. However, other frontiers still remain: time travel (considered possible through "wormholes" by some reputable physicists), the deep interior of the Earth, as well as the possibility to "tinker" with alternate universes. String theorists are saying there are 10 or 11 dimensions, not 3 or 4.
That could leave 8 more dimensions to expore!
Mankind is a dot in a universe of possibilities
