What ist he difference between situational leadership and path-goal management?

  • Management -

If an apartment house catches fire, before the fire department arrives, getting folks out of the house will depend upon situational leadership, hopefully.
After the fire department arrives, path-goal management takes hold, as fire and rescue teams start to do their work.
