When saying "...he received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration..." do I capitalize that or leave it un-capitalized?

    I find it difficult to capitalize during speech (ie, saying), but much easier when writing.

    When writing, "...he received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.." do I capitalize that? The answer is yes.
