  1. No. Since both pronouns are the objects of the preposition with, you need object pronouns -- him, me. That makes d) the correct answer because it's courteous to put yourself last.

    Another way to look at it is to leave off one pronoun. Which sounds better?

    with me or with I?
    with he or with him?
