How would i multiply:
(4+ radical of 3)(2+ radical of 3) if they are simplified already inside the parenthesis?
what do i do now
(4 + √3)(2 + √3)
multiply just the way you would other numbers:
(2+3)(3+5) = 2*3 + 2*5 + 3*3 + 3*5
so, we have
4*2 + 4√3 + 2√3 + √3√3
= 8 + (4+2)√3 + 3
= 11 + 6√3
