just wanted to ask, if there is a project that needs to be submitted, and it says that the deadline is July 5, does that mean that the submissions will no longer be accepted beyond July 5, 00:00 AM or beyond July 5, 11:59 PM?

I would say nothing will be accepted after 11:59 pm on that day.
