a train 280m long .its speed is 60 km per hour. then ,how much time it will take to cover220m long platform?

  1. To cover it or to completely pass by it?

    To cover it, only the engine has to cross. When it reaches the far end, the platfrm wil be covered, since it is shorter than the train.

    Usually, trains stop at a platform. The question doesn't make sense.
