  1. convert these to N,E format and add. Then the equilibriat is the - of that.

    F=60E+40N+80(-E)+40S+50sin60N+50cos60E

    = E(60-80+50cos60)+N(40-40+50sin60)

    figure those, and the negative is the equilbrant. I measured angles from N.
