Consider your personal experience as you answer these questions:

Reflection 1: What answers did I find? What questions do I still have?

Reflection 2: If I had a chance to redo this process, what would I change?

Reflection 3: How can I communicate what I’ve learned to others?

Step 2: Express Your Thoughts
After you’ve given the reflection questions some thought, decide how you will express your thoughts. You could add to a reflection you previously created in this course or you could create something completely new. You could write, create a visual, or record an audio. You might even think of another way to showcase what you’ve learned.

Reflection 1: Through my personal experience, I have found answers to some of the questions I had about a particular challenge I faced. However, I still have lingering questions about alternative solutions and potential outcomes. I am curious about the long-term effects of the decisions I made and whether there could have been a better approach.

Reflection 2: If I had a chance to redo this process, I would change the way I approached problem-solving. I would try to think outside the box and consider different perspectives before making a decision. I would also seek advice from others who have faced similar challenges to gain valuable insights.

Reflection 3: I can communicate what I've learned to others by sharing my experience through writing a reflective piece or creating a visual storyboard. By detailing the steps I took, the lessons I learned, and the outcomes I experienced, I can help others navigate similar situations more effectively. I could also share my story through a podcast or video to reach a wider audience and inspire others to approach challenges with a growth mindset.
