please help edit this letter to a Hong Kong social wellfare officer who's job it is to protect children and convict the mother for chilld abuse. please keep the bullet point numbers for the paragraphs as well.

Dear Pauline,

Of course, I wanted to provide you with a detailed update to the situation, and share my serious concerns regarding the risk of harm both children given the disclosed and worsening financial duress are exposed to while in Hong Kong.

I believe Philip's current Catholic Mission school is best as the Mother intends to cause more permanent educational harm to Philip and force him into another local public school in P7 which as you know would cause permanent Educational harm to Philip, or any P7 NCS (non Chinese Speaking) child.

This is a more serious, permanent, and disturbing form of willful harm and I consider child abuse especially given your expressed concern after our prior conversations, after I made these shocking new educational harm discoveries.

For YMCA, Philip had some educational and behavior issues in Semester 1 especially given the Mother locked me out of the School reporting system to hide Philip's initial academic problems.

I contacted the YMCA school to get back on the parental access system I was locked out of. I also closely worked with Philip's teacher Mr. Peter Dixon in Semester 2 to help turn around the academic and behavioral issues Philip was having his teacher Mr Peter Dixon. Please ask to speak with Mr. Peter Dixon about Philip and both parents academic concern and involvement.

Philip greatly misses his Private International School and longs to return to one.

I believe it will become immediately self evidence that Private International School is the best place for the best interests and well being of both Philip and Leonidas (if there was any doubt to defy this common sense given Philip found himeself forced into a local public school in P6, after going to Private International Schools for his entire life from P1 – P5);

Philip and Leonidas having US Citizen (non Chinese) children having Private International Schooling and stable spacious housing in the USA being wrongly denied to them by the Mother who committed physical assaults and child abuse on her own children causing your involvement in this serious matter.

6. I provide a copy of Leonidas most recent (Grade 8) American Interantional School academic Report Card, and back side for definition of grades. The difference between local and private international schools are evident from the report card format themselves.

7. Leonidas attended Pearson's International online school last year (Grade 7). I attach his Report Card, Honor Roll Certificate, and Recommendations as well.

8. Updates: Since my last message to you, The Mother is threats to Leonidas about taking revenge and to cause him harm after she gets away with this have only grown stronger as she feels more and more emboldened.

9. Furthermore, the Mother just recently starting demanding 'financial payment' of some ($50,000 USD) from Leonidas to allow him to leave Hong Kong for private education (on Scholarship), stable housing, health insurance, and an overall better life in the USA.

9. I leave only the facts for your digest and interpret. I am not sure which of the many child assaults and abuses are worse than calling your sons financial leverage and them demanding payment for their release to the same children?

10. But these daily events continue even now while the Mother is on good behavior.

10. I maintain the same belief that if any further harm is allowed to happen to either of the children after going through all of this and allowing my son to come forward entrusting yourself, the HK Police, and DOJ to hold the mother accountable to at a minimum be allowed to admit her actions, acknowledge what she has done, and get help (not punishment). Or if necessary, go through a legal process whereby the Mother is forced to be convicted for the child abuses and child assaults we know transpired and be forced to get help.

11. Under no circumstances will a child abuse and child assault victim be victim blamed by his abusers.

12. My hope is that the Mother simply acknowledge what she has done, apologize, seek help, and more importantly consider the best interests, well being, and safety of both children over her own personal self interests.

13. I want to say that after meeting with you in person several times I really appreciate all of the care, concern, and time you have put in to protecting these children from harm.

14. I thank you for visiting our home, listening to the child abuse and child assault victim you are tasked to protect and represent, and investigating this entire matter in detail to ensure these children are protected from further harm going forward.

15. I appreciate you also spending your valuable time to experience our natural interactions with both children together (they are rather boisterous and happy when together), and you can see how much they love to play with fluffy who is like their little baby as we had her since she was a just a little puppy last February 2023.

16. I sincerely believe and trust that you will act for an on behalf of both children’s best interests, well being safety, and protection. I believe the right thing to do should be obvious, and clear to you and pray you have the courage to do what is necessary to protect these children.

Dear Pauline,

1. I wanted to provide you with a detailed update on the situation and share my serious concerns regarding the risk of harm that both children are exposed to due to the disclosed and worsening financial duress while in Hong Kong.

2. I strongly believe that Philip's current Catholic Mission school is the best option for him, as the Mother's intentions to cause permanent educational harm by forcing him into another local public school in P7 are alarming and constitute a form of child abuse.

3. Philip had some educational and behavioral issues at YMCA due to the Mother's actions of locking me out of the school reporting system to hide his initial academic problems. I have worked closely with Philip's teacher, Mr. Peter Dixon, in Semester 2 to address these issues.

4. Philip greatly misses his Private International School and desires to return to one. I believe that the Private International School is in the best interests and well-being of both Philip and Leonidas.

5. I provide a copy of Leonidas' most recent (Grade 8) American International School academic Report Card as evidence of the quality of education he has received. Leonidas also attended Pearson's International online school last year (Grade 7).

6. The Mother's threats to Leonidas have increased, and she has recently demanded a financial payment of $50,000 USD from him to allow him to leave Hong Kong for private education and a better life in the USA.

7. It is important to note that these events continue to occur despite the Mother being on good behavior. I believe that further harm to the children should be prevented, and the Mother should be held accountable for her actions.

8. My hope is that the Mother acknowledges what she has done, seeks help, and prioritizes the well-being and safety of both children over her own self-interests.

9. I want to express my gratitude for your care, concern, and dedication to protecting these children from harm. Your efforts in investigating this matter and ensuring the safety of the children are truly appreciated.

10. Thank you for taking the time to visit our home, listen to the children's experiences, and witness their interactions. I trust that you will act in the best interests of both children and have the courage to protect them from further harm.

Sincerely, [Your Name]
