Independent Variable: Temperature

Dependent Variable: Pressure
Melting Point: The temperature at which a solid substance changes into a liquid state.
Boiling Point: The temperature at which a liquid substance changes into a gaseous state.
Sublimation Point: The temperature at which a solid substance changes directly into a gaseous state without passing through the liquid state.
Triple Point: The point on a phase diagram where all three states of matter (solid, liquid, gas) coexist in equilibrium.
Critical Point: The point on a phase diagram where the liquid and gas phases of a substance have the same density and are indistinguishable from each other.
