Non- custodial

Non-custodial refers to a situation in which a parent or guardian does not have legal custody of a child. This can happen for various reasons, such as a court order granting custody to the other parent or a third party, or a voluntary agreement between the parties involved. In non-custodial situations, the parent or guardian may still have visitation rights or other forms of contact with the child, but they do not have the authority to make major decisions on the child's behalf.
