I believe that the local government could do more to protect service delivery rights. While some efforts have been made, such as increasing transparency and accountability, there is still room for improvement in ensuring all residents have access to quality services and are treated fairly. More proactive measures and enforcement of regulations may be necessary to fully protect service delivery rights.
