As a Calgary Police Cadet Corporal, my responsibilities included providing leadership and mentorship to junior cadets, organizing and overseeing training exercises, maintaining discipline and order within the cadet program, and assisting with community outreach events and initiatives.
Some of my accomplishments in this role included successfully leading a team of cadets in a high-stakes training exercise that simulated a real-life emergency situation, receiving recognition from senior officers for my professionalism and dedication to the program, and helping to coordinate and execute a successful community event that raised awareness about crime prevention and public safety. I also excelled in my communication and organizational skills, and consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to upholding the values and standards of the Calgary Police Service.
