One of my favorite free-time activities is writing stories. I have been working on a story called How to Gain a Kingdom for the past few months, and it has become a true passion of mine. I engage in this activity at home, usually in the evenings after dinner. I like it so much because it allows me to be creative and express my thoughts and ideas in a unique way. Writing stories is my preferred activity because it allows me to escape into a different world and create characters and plots that are entirely my own. My best friend, on the other hand, prefers painting as her favorite pastime, which is similar to writing in that it allows for self-expression through a creative medium but different in terms of the tools and techniques used.
