People should limit their amount of screen time. In today’s society, people tend to be very focused on their screens, whether it is through their work, education, or for entertainment purposes. For those who work on computers during the day, and then return home at night to watch television or play on their phones, they are on a screen for at least 8 hours if not more. It is thought that too much screen time disrupts sleep and can cause eye damage.
