I would like to improve my cardiovascular endurance and increase my core strength by setting specific SMART goals of running a 5k in under 30 minutes and being able to hold a plank for 2 minutes, with strategies to achieve these goals being consistent running and interval training workouts to improve my speed and endurance for the 5k, incorporating core-focused exercises like planks, Russian twists, and bicycle crunches into my weekly workout routine, and tracking my progress by keeping a workout journal and setting weekly performance goals, as well as regularly reassessing my fitness levels to ensure I am on track for both short-term and long-term success.
