After you eat food and digestie the food and then after a few hours when you are hungry again don't you lose a pound or two?

When you eat and digest food, your body absorbs the nutrients and energy it needs to function. Any excess calories are stored as fat, not lost as pounds. When you feel hungry again a few hours later, it is because your body has used up the energy from the food you ate earlier and needs more fuel to continue functioning. Unless you have engaged in physical activity or exercise that has led to weight loss, simply feeling hungry again does not necessarily mean you have lost a pound or two. Weight fluctuations throughout the day are normal and can be attributed to factors such as hydration levels, food intake, and waste elimination.
