The fox played a prank on the stork by giving her a bowl that she couldn't use because her bill was too long and thin. So the stork invited the fox over for dinner and did the same thing the fox did to her. She gave the fox a thin jar that only she could fit her bill into to eat the soup, but the fox's snout was too large to fit into it. The universal theme would probably be: treat other how you want to be treated.
