Lemon Meringue Pie

Ingredients:
- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 4 large eggs, separated
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch

- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions:
