In one week, you will be taking the LEAP Test. This week is all about motivating you to do your best and preparing you to be victorious on the test. On your Bell-Ringer, give yourself two pieces of advice and encouragement to do your best on the test next week. Explain why you chose that piece of advice and what it means to you.

1. Stay positive and believe in yourself - Confidence is key when it comes to taking tests. Believe in your abilities and know that you have prepared to the best of your ability. Positive thinking can help you stay focused and calm during the test, allowing you to perform at your best.

2. Take care of yourself - Make sure to get plenty of rest, eat well, and stay hydrated. Taking care of your physical health is just as important as studying. A well-rested and nourished mind is more likely to perform well under pressure. Prioritize self-care this week to ensure you are in the best possible shape for the test.
