The fitness gram pacer test

The FitnessGramâ„¢ Pacer Test is a multistage aerobic capacity test that progressively gets more difficult as it continues. The test is used to assess a person's cardiovascular fitness and endurance. Participants run back and forth across a 20-meter distance at a specified pace, with beeps signaling when to change direction. The test is over when the participant can no longer keep up with the pace or reaches their limit. It is commonly used in physical education classes and fitness assessments to measure one's aerobic capacity and overall fitness level.
