Expain in your own words what a cube number is?

A cube number is a number that is the result of multiplying a number by itself three times. For example, the cube of 2 is 8 because 2 x 2 x 2 = 8. Cube numbers can be represented by writing the number with a small 3 above and to the right of it, such as 2³. Cube numbers are called cube numbers because the three-dimensional shape of a cube has three equal sides, just like the number is multiplied by itself three times.
