goal is to get 1.3 Instagram followers and a minimum of 1000 TikTok followers. goal is to create content that is not destructive but rather team-building and to establish strong, lasting relationships with everyone through creativity, effective communication, and effective ways. In the process of creating priceless memories, want to involve everyone. Just browsing our social media accounts should be enough to make someone want to stay at Kestell while they're searching for something to envy.
Beautiful and little, Kestell is a home. Our tradition includes wearing our house regalia on Wednesdays, and we have two house colors: purple and green. Academic excellence, sisterhood, respect, and passion are our core principles.

2. FUNCTIONALTY
a. Routine Activities
- Post Kestell Wednesdays every week
- Make sure the page is active everyday and engage
- Share important information and events that arises daily
- Make posters for all the RCs and for the house
b) Achievements
- managed to get our house page from 1 150 followers to currently 1 236 so far.
c) Accomplished Activities
- successfully did the Galentines Night event on the 14th of February which collaborated with RC communities.
- also collaborated with RC Vice Prime and RC culture on the TIKTOK CRAFTS event on the 16th of March .
- provided training for my subcommittee collaborating with RC M&M from Lehakwe and Akasia on the 23rd of March.

3. Governance
a. RC Meetings
- 21 February

- Usually an 1 hour and a 30 minute grace
- Our meetings usually have a quorum of 7/9 attendance.
b) House Meetings
- 27 February-& 2 April
- Usually 1 hour
- majority of the house members show up since its compulsory and there's a system of sending excuses 24 hours before a meeting.
a. c) Media & Markerting Commitee only had two meetings with my subcommittee thus far, but we decided to get together once a month to discuss updates and advancements. We decided to have a secretary for our attendance record and for all of our meetings. We talked about the hoodie design and decided that they set an example by always posting on Kestell Wednesdays. We decided to work together to ensure that Kestell receives the recognition it deserves by having them produce vlogs and reels and keeping our page interesting.


Challenges
My problem is that not everyone interacts with the page; some people don't even tag the home page or take part in Happy Kestell Wednesday on Wednesdays. There are many who would rather remain anonymous and hide.

They have successfully increased their followers and organized events in collaboration with other RC communities. Governance includes regular RC and house meetings, with a focus on attendance and communication. Challenges include low interaction with the page and individuals not participating in house activities. The committee plans to work on improving engagement and recognition for Kestell through creative content production.
