This article examines the concept of inequality in the context of the South African constitution. The author discusses how the constitution addresses issues of inequality and promotes equality among all citizens. The article argues that despite the progress made in addressing inequality through the constitution, there are still significant challenges that need to be overcome. The author suggests that further implementation and enforcement of constitutional provisions are necessary to ensure greater equality in South Africa.
