Green veins in humans typically indicate that the blood in those veins is deoxygenated. Deoxygenated blood appears blue or greenish when seen through the skin, which is why veins may appear green. This is a normal part of the circulatory system, as oxygen-poor blood is transported back to the heart and lungs to be re-oxygenated. It is not usually a cause for concern.
