Eyes: Pupils are equal, round, and react to light and accommodation. Conjunctiva is pink and sclera is white. Ears: External ear canal is without erythema, discharge, or lesions. Tympanic membranes are pearly gray, translucent, and intact with good light reflex. Nose: Nasal mucosa is pink and moist. Septum appears midline with no discharge or lesions. Throat: Oropharynx is pink and moist without exudate or lesions. Tonsils are normal in size and without exudate. Neck: No cervical lymphadenopathy, trachea midline, and thyroid non-palpable. No jugular venous distension. Overall, the patient's HEENT exam is unremarkable.
